Property Details

General Description
Spacious fully equipped 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom quad style house overlooking the pool. Large furnished solarium with sea view. All rooms have ceiling fans. Furnished to high standard.

Bedrooms / Bathrooms
Large master bedroom has King size bed, built-in wardrobe, large chest of drawers, bedside tables and furnished balcony. Large 2nd bedroom has twin beds, built-in wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside cabinets with space for additional bed or cot if required. 3rd Bedroom has twin beds, built-in wardrobe and bedside cabinets.
Main bathroom upstairs has bath with shower over, toilet, bidet and vanity unit. Downstair shower room.

Living Areas
Large lounge/diner with two saofa (one converts to a double bed), TV, video, DVD, music centre, coffee tables, large dresser, table with seating for 6. A selection of CD`s, videos, DVD`s, books and games.

Kitchen / Dining
Kitchen is fully equipped with hob, oven, grill, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, juicer, all cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery. Washing machine is in the airing cuboard and iron and ironing board supplied.

Swimming Pool
Two pools for use by residents of this small development only. One next to house, the other not visable but close by.

Outside
Large furnished solarium with table, chairs, sun shade, loungers and barbecue. Master bedroom balcony has table and chairs. Terrace on two sides of house with table and seating. All outside areas overlook the garden and pool.

Location
Close to beach, shops and golf, in Playa Flamenca, Orihuela Costa, south Costa Blanca. The house is on a quiet development but close to all ammenities. The location means it is not essential to have a car.

Changeover Details
Wherever possible we are flexible about start and finish days. £100 deposit required to secure booking. Full payment due 8 weeks before start of holiday. Final cleaning fee of ˆ60.

Extra Details
Only 4km from Villamartin golf course, 5km from Las Ramblas and Campoamor courses. Short drive to La Finca, La Manga and Quesada courses.
