General Description
Rent-a-Feliz offers you self-catering apartments to spend your holidays all the year round at a rent fee that you will find more than competitive.

The apartments, which are the property of the company, are located in two brand new housing estates "La Costa" and neighbouring "Cala del Vent" in the Cala Finestrat bay of the tourist zone Costa Blanca at the Spanish coast of the Mediterranean sea, less than 350 meters from a cozy beach with crystal clean water and fine sand.

Bedrooms / Bathrooms
The prices are for apartment, not per person (max. 5 people, 60 euros per week are charged for each additional person), and include the apartment renting fee, all taxes, electricity and water supply, as well as swimming-pool and parking usage.

Living Areas
All the apartments 72-80 m2 are meant for a family or a group of friends of 4-5 persons; have 2 fully furnished bedrooms with bed linen and towels, spacious lounge with stylish furniture, kitchen, toilet with a shower, full bathroom, wide terrace with terrace furniture, where it is so pleasant to sit down and enjoy the light sea breeze, take a cup of coffee, in which Spaniards are genuine connoisseurs, or a cup of excellent Spanish wine. The kitchen is equipped with fridge, microwave oven, toaster, vitroceramic hob with oven, washing machine, electric kettle and all the necessary dishware and cutlery that will help you to forget that you are not at home.

Kitchen / Dining
The apartment meets you with a fresh relaxing air conditioning that may heat the apartment in those rare here fresh days. During time away from beach and entertainment, you may watch a coloured 28" TV. The apartment has an electric water heater that will provide hot water for shower, bathroom and kitchen needs.

Outside
For those who need more freedom of movement we suggest renting a car, we`ll be happy to arrange it for you with a rent a car company. You may get a car either in the Alicante airport or in Benidorm upon arrival.
You will never have problems with parking - there is a private garage in the housing estate and it is free!

If for some reasons you decide not going to the beach, there is a private, communal swimming pool for residents, surrounded by a green area with a paddle court and a children play ground.

The building is situated in a closed housing estate with a communal swimming pool, 40 km. from the airport and railway station of Alicante, 1 km from a world famous resort Benidorm - the main attraction of the area - permeated with the omnipresent spirit of cosmopolitism, near a new amusement park Terra Mitica - an analogue of Spanish Disneyland, that by the emotions it evokes successfully competes with the most famous attraction parks in the world, and a couple of kilometers from the golf-course, where the fans of this sport will be able to improve their style. Here you will have an excellent opportunity to spend your long-awaited holidays that, we are sure, you deserve, enjoy the calm and home comfort. For those who like the entertainment, a never-ending chain of shops, pubs, cinemas, karaoke and discos of Benidorm and Finestrat open an endless row of possibilities for leisure time spending. At a day time you can combine the traditional bathing in the sea with a practice of all kinds of water sports, playing golf and tennis, walking and cycling through the nearest mountain itineraries, enjoy the beautiful nature, the sea and mountain landscapes, get to know the friendly and merry Spanish people and the way they live. And last but not least, all that, bearing in mind that the local climate guarantees you 365 days of sunshine and is considered to be one of the healthiest in Europe.

Changeover Details
In order to confirm your booking, you will need to transfer 25% of total invoice amount to our Bank account, the rest of the balance you will pay when we give you the keys from the apartment the day of your arrival. We also charge a refundable damage deposit of 150 euros that will be returned to you the day of your departure.
