General Description
A beautiful detached 3-bedroom, villa with private pool, located on a quiet small mountain behind the town of Oliva with superb views over orange groves towards the sea. This 3 bedroom villa is in the peace of the countryside but still in easy reach of award winning beaches and pulsating nightlife of Gandia. The stunning views from this property are outstanding, guaranteed to take your breath away. The property can accommodate up to 8 people, it has 1 double bedroom with en-suite facilities, 2nd bedroom with twin beds and so has the third bedroom. The lounge has a large pull out double sofa bed. The Villa has a private garage and parking on the property. Lying in the district of La Safor in the province of Valencia, it has a mild climate that will enable you to enjoy a pleasant stay at any time of the year. All linen is provided and changed weekly.

All the bed linen is provided and this is changed on a weekly basis this is included within the price. Please confirm the number of people that will be in the villa at the time of booking and if the Sofa Bed or Z bed is required so all the beds can be made for your arrival. The three bedrooms all have large built in Wardrobes with shelves you will find in the 2nd twin bedded room a safe with a combination the numbers will be set for your arrival and the code will be given to you. The Sofa bed is a full size double bed and it is a proper sofa bed with a metal frame so you will not be sleeping on the floor. The Z-bed can fit into the 3rd twin bedded room. The villa is for a maximum of 8 persons, cot hire can be arranged locally, however we do not provide this. please ask if you would like to hire a cot, high chair etc

Location
A delightful drive through Orange Groves brings you to the Villa, which is as you know amongst the mountains. Remember those spectacular views? The Villa is between Valencia and Alicante and is a 15 minute drive from the bustling historic town of Gandia. Gandia truly boasts the best beaches on the Mediterranean and are proud of their award winning Blue Flag status. Along the shores you will find a charming fishing port, marina and Nautical Club. There is Windsurfing, Sailing, Fishing Trips, Swimming, Diving, Tennis, Golf, Cycling or just Walking. Gandia boasts stunning scenery of mountains and Orange Groves on one side and the warm Mediterranean Sea on the other. Gandia is a modern cosmopolitan city where you can buy almost anything in the wide range of shops. The villa is 5 minutes away from the village of Villalonga, where a variety of street café’s & restaurant’s are to be found. There is also a great Supermarket called “Mercadona” where you can stock up on all your holiday needs

Changeover Details
Organised Walking Holidays Our Local management team can arrange a walking holiday they will take you to the walks provided with a written guide and assist you. They will collect you and take you back to the villa. They have various walks available these will be tailored to suit your personal ability. To have a walking holiday this is an extra service and will need to be paid direct to our management team.


Tennis Coaching holidays Arrangements can be arrange to have tennis coaching holidays all coaching provided by a professional this does cost extra and arrangement and payment to be made direct to the management team


Golfing Holidays Golf courses. Oliva Nova, International course just south of OLIVA. There are three more courses not too far away, La Sella at Denia. El Salor just south of Valencia and the main course just outside Valencia on the way to Madrid. El Salor and Valencia are renowned as two of the best courses in Spain, not full of experts but played by locals. Our local management agents can put a package together so you really do not miss the best Golfing in the area. This will need to be arranged at the time of booking and this will be charged and will need to be paid direct to our local management team while in Spain.

We all had great fun in the pool, kids especially. We loved the beaches at Oliva, shopping in Gandia and eating at Gandia Playa. We will definately recommend Monte Corona to our friends, and maybe we will holiday at Casa Alamo again one day (without so many children!) Please refrain from smoking inside the villa, there are plenty of places to relax you will find a large stone table and chairs by the pool side this is an ideal to have your lunch or for the barbeque and alfresco eating. You will find a covered seating area known as a `NAYA` this is our favourite place in the evening to dine, and just have the family fun that no-one has time for normally at home. You will have the time! yes, time to spend and enjoy the children or each others company. The Naya is a relaxing area for alfresco dining and to watch the ever changing scenery even in the dark the views are stunning!! Here is a quote from a previous renter.
