This fabulous 2 level villa has been completely refurbished to the highest standard, and incorporates all the luxuries you would expect in a first class hotel, yet with the seclusion and space of your own private villa.
All rooms are independently AIR CONTITIONED, and the villa features a heated salt water pool, and many other luxury items.

Bedrooms / Bathrooms
All rooms are independently AIR CONTITIONED. Each bedroom is tastefully furnished and has either twin or double beds, mirrored wardrobes, TV, (flat screen TV in the master bedroom!) DVD player, music system AND drinks fridge! Sleeping 6 in the bedrooms, with 2 extra in the lounge, this villa can accommodate 8 max!
There are two full bathrooms with modern ceramics, quality fittings, sink, WC, bidet, jacuzzi bath and state of the art power showers. There is also a separate cloakroom again to the highest standard.

Living Areas
The luxurious lounge has an enormous sofa bed for additional sleeping, patio doors out to the spacious pool terrace, and entertainment of SATELLITE TV, DVD and video player, music system. INTERNET access is also provided! The lounge also features a fabulous BAR with granite worktops, sharing access to the dining terrace with the master bedroom. Sitting either at the bar, or the dining terrace, you can sip your sangria admiring the fabulous views, of the valley and mountains, and in the evenings watching the most spectacular sunsets!

Kitchen / Dining
The fabulous modern kitchen / diner has granite worktops, and all the latest units and appliances, including a DISHWASHER, two large silver fridge freezers, grill to microwave, oven and hob, and every modern gadget you would need for home cooking and dining. Apart from the dining furniture in the kitchen, there is also a “chill out” sofa area facing the terrace and pool with flat screen TV and music system.
A separate utility area with washer / dryer and drying area complete the standard.

Outside
Accessed from the master bedroom or the bar, the first terrace has dining furniture and a barbeque for outside family lunches or romantic dinners, and the most spectacular views. Accessed from the lounge or kitchen, the second terrace has sun beds and coffee tables, and leads to the fabulous PRIVATE pool which is HEATED and works on a SALT WATER system (so no more chlorine damage to hair and skin!) - all the rage here! Tropical plants, fabulous sunsets and lighting make this a special place to unwind day or night!
Parking is off street, and very secure as this road is a cull - de - sac for residents only.

The “Haven” is in a fantastic location surrounded by shops, bars, restaurants, banks, hair and beauty salons, a market, supermarkets, taxi rank, cafés and even a casino just minutes walk away!
The local beaches, all walking distance from the villa have a huge choice of beach bars and restaurants, water sports, play areas, and golden sand. In addition, there are many other beaches to choose from all along the coast. Surrounded by golf courses, amusement, safari, and marine parks, water sports, and every other activity you can think of, this villa is perfect for every type of holiday maker! (Even Sierra Nevada and its fabulous snow capped mountains is the skier’s paradise – only 2 hours drive away!)
This villa is ideal for families, romantic couples, or singles, with all the amenities you could need on your doorstep, yet far enough away from the “bustle” of the port to relax and “chill” if that’s what you want. A perfect “Haven”, for a perfect holiday!
In addition to all the local amenities, the “Haven” is walking distance to the world famous port of Puerto Banus with tons more shops, taxi ranks, restaurants, bars, clubs, as well as ice skating, dept. stores, shopping centres, amusement arcades, play parks, bureau de changes, cinemas, and the most phenomenal expanse of boats from speed boats to floating mansions!
It’s no wonder the rich and famous have been visiting Puerto Banus for decades!
Puerto Banus is ideally situated, only 30 minutes drive from Malaga airport, and 40 minutes from Gibraltar, the famous mountain monkeys, and tax free shopping! (You can also fly into Gibraltar airport – much smaller than Malaga with fewer flights but also fewer people!)
5 kms North is the delightfully traditional Spanish town of San Pedro with its own unique beaches. 5 kms South is the huge expanse of Marbella town with yet more shops, restaurants and beaches. Just outside Marbella is the enormous retail park known as La Canada, with many English shops, restaurants, bowling,
cinemas, and so much more!

Changeover Details
A 50% booking deposit is required
A £ 200 security deposit is required on arrival and returned on detarture
A surchage over 6 persons is charged at £ 50 per week per person up to a maximumm of 8 people
All utilities / cleaning etc are included in the rates charged
Changeover day is flexible but weekends prefered at peak times
Arrival is not before 4.00pm and departure by 12 midday latest

Extra Details
A gardener, pool attendant, cleaner and change of bed linen and towels is provided every 7 days. Childminding and additional cleaning is available at 15 euros per hour. Travel cots, pushchairs and baby bath, and any other special requirements are available by request.
