General Description
This is a spacious apartment that can easily accommodate 4.
It is fully equipped for your needs on a self catering holiday. The bedroom has twin beds which can be pushed together, the lounge has a double sofa bed, and a travel cot is available if required.
The large balcony is secured with a locked gate this gives peace of mind for anyone with young children. The views from the balcony are stunning, furniture is provided for the balcony area.
The complex has two swimming pools, and is in a tasteful Spanish style. Only 5 mins from beach with a popular windsurfing beach 10 mins drive away at El Medano.

Bedrooms / Bathrooms
The bedroom has twin beds, and there is a travel cot available if required.
A safe is also provided free of charge for safe keepping fomoney, valuables and travel documents.
Bathroom has bath with shower over.

Living Areas
Open plan style. Living area has a new sofa bed, and there is a TV and DVD player.

Kitchen / Dining
It is fully equipped for your needs on a self catering holiday. The kitchen has a full size oven and hob and a washing machine is also provided,plus usual kitchen appliances; microwave, toaster, kettle, juicer & coffee maker.
Dining area with table and seating for 4.

Swimming Pool
There are two swimming pools which have just been refurbished (July 2006). Both have a small pool for children. Ample sunbeds are provided

Location
The Golf del Sur in the South of Tenerife, only 10 minutes from the airport provides ideal surroundings for those looking for a relaxing or action packed holiday.

It boasts its own championship golf course with 5 other golf courses all within a 15 minute drive. Other sporting facilities include a championship bowling green, tennis courts, gymnasiums, health spas, and a fully certified dive centre.

There are a great varitey of bars and restaurants, to suit all tastes in the San Blas Commercial Centre which is only 5 mins from the apartment, and along the costal path running to the new Marina and beyond.
