General Description
Villas San Blas is LOCATED in the quiet area of San Blas, in the Municipality of Tías - Lanzarote, on a hillside overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. Villas San Blas is only three minutes from the beach and from Puerto del Carmen by car, and ten minutes from the airport.

The Villas comprise twelve marvellous, grouped and independent brand new villas (approx. 300sqm), each with three bedrooms (1 double, 2twin). The living areas are harmoniously decorated with a satellite TV and a dining area. There are two bathrooms with bathtub and shower, and fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, washing machine and oven. Each Villa has a private swimming pool with fresh water, a fully furnished terrace or solarium, barbecue, ideal for al fresco dinning and a garden with Canarian flora and parking area. Each villa has a maximum capacity for 6 people.

Bedrooms / Bathrooms
All our villas have three bedrooms, one master room with double bed and 2 rooms for 2 people with single beds. There are two bathrooms with bathtub and shower

Living Areas
The living areas are harmoniously decorated with a satellite TV and a dining area. Some of the villas have wonderful views to the Ocean with an extra supplement.

Kitchen / Dining
The kitchen is fully equiped with dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, oven, toaster, ketle, electrical cooking and pots for cooking.

Swimming Pool
There are different pool shapes but the side is about 3x7 We do the pool maintenance and cleaning once a week included in the price. There are two villas with heated pool at an extra cost of 100Eur.- per week

Outside
The villas are placed in a tranquil residencial area of Tias. Some of the houses have gardens at the entrance or placed at the back side of the house.

Location
Tías is 12 Km from the capital of Arrecife, it is a very lively town with a variety of shops and supermarkets as well as grill restaurants and cafes. The main celebration of the town of Tias is “La Candelaria”, on the 2nd of February with a variety of activities.

Extra Details
The villas are ideal for families or groups up to 6 people in each villa. For groups we could offr adjoining villas.
