Property Details

General Description
Three storey villa completed October 2006. With private swimming pool. Within walking distance of typical white Spanish village. With views of the village of Tolox and surrounding hills of the Sierra de Nieves National Park. Marbella and marina of Puerto Banus, good for shopping and people watching, is a 40 minute drive away. The town of Ronda is also a 40 minute drive you will find the oldest bullring in Spain here. Further afield is the city of Granada with the Moorish Alhambra Palace an approximate 2 hour drive. If you love duty free shopping Gibralatar is a 90 minute drive, well worth a visit, but don`t forget your passport. The villa is good base from which to explore inland Andalusia.

Bar-b-q, patio table and 6 chairs, 5 sun loungers. Pool side shower. Paved terrace surrounds the villa and there are two further roof terraces.

Location
Located on the edge of the beautiful white village of Tolox and on the edge of the Sierra de Nieves National Park. Tolox is famous for the health spa which is open July to October. Market day is Wednesday, there are a number of supermarkets within the village for day to day needs also bars which serve food, all within 5 mins walk of the villa.

Changeover Details
Bookins are from Saturday to Saturday. Arrival not before 4 pm and departure no later than 10 am. £100 non-returnable deposit payable on booking, balance payable 8 weeks prior to departure. £150 damage deposit payable, returnable within 14 days of return from holiday.

Extra Details
All towles and pool towles are supplied. On 14 day bookings there is a linen change. Arrangements can be made directly with the property management company for a welcome pack, to your order, to be at the villa on your arrival. They are also available if you have any problems during your stay and can also recommend local restaurants. Please do not smoke in the villa.
