General Description
This luxury property is located 30 minutes drive from Murcia airport. 45 minutes drive from Alicante airport.
The property is located on the 1st and 2nd floor and opposite the communal pool and 2 jacuzzi`s. It has TV with English channels, air-conditioning in the living room and both bedrooms, large roof solarium for sunbathing.

The fully tiled main bathroom has 2 sinks, vanity unit with drawers and cupboard space, large mirror with lights, bath with over the bath shower, bidet, toilet and electric wall heater for the winter months.

Living Areas
The air-conditioned living/dining room has a 3 seater sofabed, armchair, wooden coffee table, wooden occasional table, wall unit, wooden dining table and 4 chairs.
For entertainment you have a Television with English channels (such as BBC1, ITV1, Sky Sports, Sky Movies, Sky One and English digital radio stations) so you won`t miss out on your soaps or any major football matches whilst you are on holiday! A DVD player is also available (please bring your own DVD`s) and stereo/CD system (please bring your own CD`s).
Off of the living/dining room you have a large balcony with patio table and 6 chairs where you can enjoy your breakfast, lunch, evening meal or a drink overlooking the grassed, pool area and jacuzzi`s.
Up the stairs you have the relaxing sunroom with a sofabed and wooden coffee table. This room can either be used as an additional bedroom (with an en-suite room containing a fully tiled shower, sink, vanity unit with mirror, toilet and wall mounted heater for the winter months) or as a room to sit and relax with a glass of wine.

Kitchen / Dining
The well equipped kitchen has a dishwasher, fridge/freezer, electric oven and hob, cafetiere, microwave, toaster, kettle, cutlery, crockery, cooking utensils, saucepans, glasses.
The washing machine and hot water heater is located in the galleria area off of the kitchen.

Swimming Pool
There is a large shaped swimming pool with grass area for sunbathing and palm trees. There are also 2 jacuzzi`s for your use and access to a small gymnasium (should be available from July 2007).

Outside
Off of the living/dining room you have a large balcony with patio table and 6 chairs where you can enjoy your breakfast, lunch, evening meal or a drink overlooking the grassed, pool area and jacuzzi`s.
Large roof solarium which boasts all day sunshine and has 2 sunloungers, 2 relaxing chairs, parasol and base, plus an external shower under which you can cool off from the midday sun.
There is a large shaped swimming pool with grass area for sunbathing and palm trees. There are also 2 jacuzzi`s for your use and access to a small gymnasium (should be available from July 2007).

Location
A car is recommended to explore the local area.
VillaMartin golf course is 10 minutes drive away, Las Ramblas and Campoamor about 15 minutes and La Finca (Algorfa) approx 20 minutes drive.
The nearest town is Torrevieja, a 10 minute drive away, where you will find plenty of bars, good restaurants, nightclubs, shops, market traders each evening in the summer and a fairground for the young and young at heart. There are also more beaches. In Torrevieja you will also find the water park (open June-September), casino, ten pin bowling alley and Las Habaneras shopping centre (C&A, Zara, English bookshop, electrical shop, parfumery, jewellers, shoe shops etc) . You could even go and relax at the salt lakes where you can take a healing mud bath!
Further a field are the historical towns of Cartegena, approx 45 mins drive, Murcia, approx 40 mins drive and Orihuela, approx 30 mins drive which make enjoyable days out as do the surrounding national parks.
Alicante airport is approximately 40 minutes, Murcia airport is 25 minutes drive. Car hire or airport transfer can be arranged on booking if required. If you are unsure of who to book flights with, click on the flights link at the top of the page.

Changeover Details
Changeover anyday of the week, subject to availability
A non-refundable booking deposit of 25% is required to secure booking.
The balance is required 8 weeks prior to arrival.
Changeovers anyday of the week, subject to availability.
A refundable damage deposit of £100/ˆ150, in cash is required at the start of the rental, and returned at the end of your stay subject to no damage or excess cleaning.
You will be met at the property with the keys, shown around, local area will be explained to you, any questions you may have will be answered. Keys will be collected at the end of your stay.
You will be given a telephone number in case you have an emergency during your holiday.
A welcome pack containing tea, coffee, sugar, milk, water, jam, bread, butter, eggs and bottle of wine can be put in the property for your arrival. If you would like other items, they can also be provided, just let us know on the booking form!
Air conditioning (hot and cold air) available at an additional charge.
Travel cot, high chair, push chair and beach towels can be provided.
Car hire/airport transfer can be arranged if required.
Directions will be e-mailed to you at least 2 weeks prior to your arrival.
Credit or debit card payments accepted for this property. 5% to be added if paying by credit/debit card.
If arriving at the property between the hours of 11.30pm and 07.30am an additional late arrival charge of ˆ30 will be payable on arrival at the property.
