Bedrooms / Bathrooms
There are 4 bedrooms, two located in the main part of the villa. One bedroom with king size bed and one with two twins. All have fitted wardrobes.The others are on the lower floor, which is accessed via a staircase leading from the sun terrace. The first room has bunk beds and the second a doble bed.
There is a full bathroom on the upper level, a shower room, and utility room on the lower level. All bedrooms have ceiling fans and heating for cooler months

Living Areas
The Villa consists of split level accommodation. A larger than average living room/dinning area has satellite TV, DVD player, CD/radio with a selection of CD`s. A wood buring fire for cooler months and comfortable furnishings.

Kitchen / Dining
The kitchen is located off the dinning area via a breakfast bar/ American style. Very well equipped with electric oven, gas hob, fridge/freezer, toaster, electric kettle, juicer, iron and board and all the necessary utensils.

Outside
The Villa is surrounded by patios and terraces, one of which is a covered area. A further terrace accessed from the lower level joins a landscaped gardens. There are sun beds, a BBQ, tables and chairs for outside use, along with swimming pool toys. A car port area is ajoining the villa.

Location
Positioned halfway between Valencia and Alicante Airports with motorway access taking 1 hour to travel to the villa from either aiports. The historic town of Pego is 10 minutes drive and the working town Denia is 15 minutes. You can access both Ibiza and Majorca via ferries from Denia port. The beaches of Denia stretch for 15kms and have a blue flag for excellance. There are many places of interest to visit including Guadalest, Forts de Algar with its waterfulls and Benidorm for the theme parks.

Changeover Details
Change over is mostly on Saturdays, we will do our best if alternative days are requested. Villa charges include all utilities, cleaning before and after your stay and house linens. A deposit of 25% is required to secure the booking and the balance is payable 8 weeks before departure. A breakage deposit of £150.00 will be held.
