Bedrooms / Bathrooms
In the main house there are three bedrooms. The master bedroom has double bed and en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a double bed and the third bedroom has two single beds.There is a family shower room serving these bedrooms. Two further bedrooms are available in the separate annex which is set in the gardens and only opened for parties of 7 or more. The bedrooms are very spacious one with a double bed and the other four single beds. Both share a full bathroom. Two z-beds can be made available for use in the main house bringing the maximum occupancy to 14. These beds are only suitable for children.We can also provide 1 cot and 1 high chair.

Living Areas
The villa is extremely spacious and has been built in traditional Spanish style with exposed beams and feature stonework, the owners have combined antique décor with stylish furniture for maximum effect. The large lounge is comfortably furnished with sofas and occasional furniture, TV (with basic Sky TV stations), video/DVD and hi-fi unit. There is a feature lava stone wall with fireplace and the high beamed ceiling creates an air of spaciousness.

Kitchen / Dining
The dining room is furnished with antique furniture. The separate country kitchen is fully equipped including, full cooker with ceramic hob, fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher and a host of appliances for self catering and doors leading to a laundry room with washing machine and drying area.

Swimming Pool
A pathway leads through the garden to the beautiful kidney shaped heated swimming pool which is a very large 12m x 6m. Sunbathing terrace and garden surround the pool, which has the benefit of a slide for extra enjoyment.

Outside
The grounds of the villa are extensive and private with several terraces and sitting areas surrounded by well established sub tropical garden. The main terrace is huge and has a large dining table and chairs shaded under a pergola. From here there are magnificent views of the sea and coastline. Steps lead down to a cave built in volcanic stone. A further terrace and pergola on the west side of the house has a garden view.

A substantial detached house and annex set in extensive gardens 2000m2 and boasting 5 bedrooms in total. Located in the suburb of Puerto del Carmen, on the edge of Los Mojones, with excellent coastal views and within walking distance of the old town.

Changeover Details
Thursday, Monday, Sunday
Arrivals may enter villa at 2pm to allow for servicing and must vacate villa by 10am on morning of departure.

Extra Details
A refundable deposit will be required on arrival. £200 or 300ˆ. This will be returned on the morning of departure (when the keys are returned) and all breakages may be paid for at this time. This is to help us ensure the villa is left in the same condition as it is on your arrival thus providing the same standard for all guests.
Deposits are required from all parties.
Pool is heating will be charged £50 per week.
