General Description
Villa Atalaya is brand new for 2007. Designed by an architect, it is contemporary in design and beautifully furnished throughout to a very high standard. Private landscaped gardens surround the pool and the outside dining area with BBQ.

A unique feature of this villa is the master bedroom with king size bed and walk in dressing room, the large bathroom is open plan and has an oversized bath overlooking the pool, town and distant sea views.

The location couldn`t be better, within a quiet residential area and just a couple of minutes stroll into the centre of St Eularia with its restaurants, shops and of course, beaches.

The villa is perfect for anyone who wants to stay in a stylish villa in such a convenient location. It is rare to stay in a villa and not have to drive and hire a car!

The villa sleeps 8 but there is a possibility to use an extra bedroom in the basement, to sleep a total of 10.

A free airport arrival transfer for up to eight people with luggage is included.

Bedrooms / Bathrooms
One double bedroom on the ground floor with ensuite shower room, double sized walk in shower and designer tiles. Doors lead to the terrace and garden.

Three bedrooms upstairs. A galleried landing leads to the main bedroom with kingsize bed, walk in wardrobes and feature open plan bathroom, oversized bath with window giving views to the pool and St Eularia and the sea in the distance.

Two twin bedrooms, one with a balcony the other with doors leading to the upstairs terrace.

Shower room with two sinks and a large walk in shower is situated between the twin bedrooms.

There is an extra room in the basement that could be used for an extra bedroom if necessary.

Living Areas
Spacious throughout with lots of windows and light, contemporary and modern in design with a very high standard of fittings.

The lounge is open plan with large L-shaped seating area, flat screen TV and satellite, DVD/CD. Large sliding doors give access to the covered terrace, dining area and pool.

Kitchen / Dining
Bright modern fully fitted white kitchen with stainless steel appliances, there is a dining area with doors onto the terrace.

A walled garden surrounds the pool, there is a covered terrace with dining area and a private parking place. The villa is situated within a residential area but is designed in such a way that the garden is private and not overlooked.

Location
Famous for its hippies and nightlife, cosmopolitan Ibiza is the summer party capital of the world, with spectacular clubs and world famous DJs. Ibiza has more to offer though than just its nightlife, there are over 80 beaches and clear blue sea, stunning landscapes, pretty villages and an amazing history.

Ibiza Town, ten minutes away, is a truly amazing place, steeped in history with the Dalt Villa, a UNESCO world heritage site looking down. There are designer shops, international restaurants, endless bars and a colourful gay scene.

St Eularia is a Ibiza`s second largest town with great facilities and beautiful beaches. It is a friendly place which feels sleepy and safe, with return visitors year after year. A firm favorite for families, there are two clean beaches with gently sloping sands, perfect for children.

Away from the beaches there is plenty to fill your days, visit the pretty whitewashed church that overlooks the town. Romantically lit up at night you`ll be able to admire the 16th century architecture and capture some super pictures of the Church of our Lady of Jesus.

The main tree lined street is a real melting pot of people, smells and sounds. Closed to traffic in the evening, a traditional Spanish vibe is apparent here and you`ll stumble across many bars and cafes with plenty of outdoor seating. Grab a table, order some drinks and catch up with your friends. Foodies take note, Santa Eulalia boats its very own Street of Restaurants - Calle San Vicente. Losen your belt and prepare to take in a culinary world tour. With every cuisine imaginable even the fussiest of eaters will find something to tempt them here.
