As part of a luxury residential complex with large private swimming pool surrounded by terraces and immaculately landscaped gardens, filled with mature olive trees and tropical plants with private access directly onto the beach.

The apartment benefits from air conditioning and heating throughout.

Bedrooms / Bathrooms
Main bedroom has a double bed with large sliding glass doors opening to the large balcony with sea view, the second bedroom has two single beds. Both bedrooms have ample wardrobe space, full length mirrors and black out shutters.

Main bathroom has marble surfaces, bath and shower above, the second has shower cubicle and also a washing machine.

Living Areas
The lounge is bright and modern with large glass sliding doors leading to a large south facing balcony with beautiful sea and mountain views.

There is a flat screen LCD TV, DVD and CD player.

Kitchen / Dining
Fully equipped fitted kitchen with marble surfaces with hob, oven, extractor, and fridge freezer

Outside
Exceptionally presented gardens with a large swimming pool and childrens section. There is direct access to the beach.

Location
The apartment is situated in a quiet residential area at the start of Playa d`en Bossa but only 3 km from Ibiza Town. There are shops, bars and restaurants within a few minutes walk. There is a 24 hour bus service close by and a taxi rank.

Playa d`en Bossa has the only water park in Ibiza and also the world famous nightclub "Space".

Within 50m is a jetty with a regular small ferry to Ibiza Town, Formentera and Es Cavallet beach
