BATHROOM: 4 piece bathroom with bath, basin, toilet and bidet, bath has shower mixer. Towels provided (not beach towels)
SEPERATE TOILET: Includes toilet and full wash basin.

DINING An extending table situated in the lounge/Diner can accommodate 6 people but most of the time you may like to eat al fresco on the large sunny balcony and watch the world go by.

A large communial swimming pool centered around the apartments, largest in the area with central fountain and waterfall, changing rooms and toilets.(Please note pool will not be open out of season but the Mar Menor is always open)

Ample parking in the area and a local bus service runs the length of the strip terminating in Cabo de Palos which is a fishing village and a must for fish lovers.
Vela International sailing school and restaurant located 100mtrs from the apartment and is a beautiful setting for a meal and watching the sun go down.

Mar Menor is a large shallow lagoon ideal for children with a swimming pool on complex.
The paradise between two seas. The sunniest place in Europe.The apartment is in the Las Gondolas Urbanization at one of the most unusual places in the world, Situated at the sandy Veneciola beach in a prime location just 50 mtrs from the warm shallow waters of the Mar Menor and the blue Mediterranean seas It is a strip of sand, approx. 22 kms long, which forms a barrier and encloses the Mar Menor (Minor Sea) and separates it from the Mediterranean Sea.
The Mar Menor is an immense lake of warm, tranquil salt water, noted for its therapeutic properties. It has an average depth of 1.7m making it an ideal location to enjoy the many water sports available. The depth around the shore is only 0.5m and this, combined with the warm water temperature makes La Manga the perfect place for children to safely enjoy themselves.

Changeover Details
Short breaks available with flexible start/end days.Arrival after 4pm and departure before 10am but flexible if no other guests are arriving.
Bookings require a £100 deposit to secure the holiday more than 6 weeks prior to the start date. 6 weeks before departure the full amount is due and your £100 deposit then becomes your Damage deposit
If the start date is less than 6 weeks prior to departure then the full payment is required plus a £100 Damage deposit.

Extra Details
A car is beneficial if you would like to visit the many beaches and coves in the area and also for trips to Murcia and Cartegena for shopping, markets etc.
