A brand new two bedroom air conditioned townhouse situated in a quiet location on a private exclusive development in the centre of Costa Caleta. 5 mins walk from a sandy beach. 2 mins walk from the main centre with a huge variety of restaurants, bars and shops. 5 mins drive from the PGA Golf Course and 300 yards from one of the best fishing spots on the Island. The property is arranged over two floors and overlooks the communal pool and landscaped gardens. It is furnished to a very high standard throughout with a spacious lounge complete with 3 seater and 2 seater leahther settees. A 28"TV Satellite/DVD/CD Hi-fi ( a selection of DVD`s & CD`s have been provided for your enjoyment) A Sony Playstation and games are also provided for kids big and small! Fully equipped kitchen/breakfast room with washing machine, ceramic hob, full oven, microwave, full size fridge-freezer. On the upper level there are 2 bedrooms and a large bathroom with shower and on the lower level you will find a cloakroom w.c. The two bedrooms each have fitted wardrobes and their own private balcony, one has twin beds the other a double. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans as well as the lounge, which has two. There is a private patio leading from the dining area with patio table and chairs including sun beds. Also supplied are hairdryers and an iron & ironing board for your convenience as well as a travel cot, buggy and highchair.

The townhouse has a private patio area which leads from the kitchen/diner where you will find a patio table and chairs complete with parasol ideal for al fresco dining. There are also sunloungers provided for your use.

5 mins from the horseshoe shaped beach, 2 mins from all amenties, 100 metres from sea and coastal walk, 5 mins drive from golf course, 10 minutre transfer from airport (Taxi fare approx ˆ8) Approximately 10 km from the Airport the town of Caleta de Fuste can be found in the middle of the east coast and is perfectly situated to explore the rest of the island. Caleta de Fuste is an ideal spot for families with a shallow golden sandy beach, which is protected from the surf by the harbour wall. There is a marina offering numerous water sport facilities and boat trips all within easy walking distance of the house. The fishing and diving around Caleta de Fuste is excellent. There is a huge variety of restaurant and bars in the town with a wide range of international cuisine. Close by is the new PGA golf course complex with driving range and clubs hire facility. From Caleta you are about 45 minutes drive from the islands long established Zoo and the spectacular beaches of the Jandin peninsular located to the south, or the famous sand dunes of the National Park to the North. Corralejo is about 40 mins drive and from this small harbour town a regular inexpensive ferry service runs to Lanzarote.

The town of Costa Caleta (also known as Castillo or Caleta de fuste) is perfectly positioned in the middle of the island, and therefore is only a 5 minute taxi transfer from the airport.
It is a particularly friendly town and caters extremely well for families and couples alike. There is a multitude of good restaurants in Caleta that can cater for all tastes at very reasonable prices. Steaks and Fish are particularly good, however there are also Chinese, Indian, Greek and English restaurants all within a close area.
There are also a number of good supermarkets within the local area. The town of Caleta is often reffered to as a holiday village.The man made beach has been carefully constructed to avoid currents and is in the shape of a horse shoe. This ensures it is perfectly safe for children of all ages. Those wanting to be a little more adventurous can go diving, hire jet skis or learn to windsurf at the water centre on the beach. The harbour is home to many yachts, catamarans and boats which provide local trips as well as providing a beautiful backdrop in the evenings.
