General Description
Lovely four bedroom villa situated in a quiet residential area, walking distance to Nerja´s town centre and beaches. Maximum 8 people
The villa comprises of: three twins and one double bedroom, one full bathroom, one full showeroom and a separate w.c, well equiped kitchen with dining area.
Spacious lounge/dining area looking out to the sunny terraces and the private pool, which is 30 foot by 12. Also all in the same level: barbeque area, and roof terrace with views to the sea and mountains.
The property faces south so you get the sun all day. The villa is situated in a quiet residential area, but still walking distance to Nerja`s town centre and beaches - around 5/10 minutes walk to everything. It is also very private.
House linen is provided, please bring your own beach towels.
The apartment is in a quiet residential area and has the benefit of Satellite TV, and a washing machine.

Bedrooms / Bathrooms
Four bedrooms, three twins and one double bedroom. One twin single has access from the master double bedroom ideal for young children.
Two full bathrooms and a W.C

Living Areas
Large lounge/dining area with seating area for up to eight people. The lounge has air conditioning, sky t.v, stereo, leads to the sunny terraces and private pool.

Kitchen / Dining
Well equiped kitchen, microwave, hob, oven fridge, freezer, ketle etc, within the large kitchen there is another dining area with enough room for eight persons.

Swimming Pool
4x8 metres, shallow end half meter and deep end two meters

Outside
Surrounded by spacious sunny terraces and garden, with private pool 8x4 metres.
There is also a sahded BBQ area.

Location
Located in a beautiful village called Nerja, just 45 minutes drive from Málaga´s airport.

Changeover Details
• November - March 500 pounds per week
• April and October 675 pounds per week
• May, June 900 pounds per week
• July and August and September 1,400 pounds per week
• Christmas/New Year 1000 pounds per week, Easter weeks 750 pounds per week.
• Long term rental from November until end of March price per month 1000 pounds excluding services.

Cot and high chair 30 pounds

100 pounds breakage deposit payable on arrival to confirm booking a 50% deposit cheque has to be sent, balance cheque one month before arrival.
