A fully equiped 2 bedroom apartment that sleaps 4 comfortably in a quiet residential area with a communal pool. The apatment is only a 10 minute walk to the port, restaurants, shops and beach, two large supermarkets are available only 3 minutes walk away.

1 double bedroom and 1 twin bedroom with all bed linen supplied. A double sofa bed is also available in the lounge which will sleep two if required.

Kitchen / Dining
A fully equiped kitchen with a washing machine, oven, hob and fridge and a dining area with table and chairs.

Swimming Pool
A large communal pool with a childrens section and poolside showers and toilet facilities.

A commual roof solarium is available with airing space and a large communal pool with poolside showers and toilets.

Location
Fly to Murcia (St Javier) and Puerto de Mazarron is 50 km from Airport or Alicante which is 90km away. Almeria Airport is two and a half hours drive away. Cheap flights from budget airlines are available from all major UK airports.

Nearest mainline train station is at Totana, 20 km away.

Changeover Details
Mid week change over is considered as well as long term rentals.
