Lovely 3 bed villa on a private gated community with pools in an attractive setting. Ideally situated to provide a peaceful retreat, yet centrally located for all amenities. It is furnished to a very high standard and offers all the comforts of home. There is hot and cold air conditioning (AN ESSENTIAL IN SPAIN), as well as ceiling fans, and digital satellite TV. Comprises 1 double bedroom with patio doors leading onto full length front balcony, 1 twin bed with doors to balcony, and luxury corner bath/shower upstairs. Downstairs there is 1 twin bedroom, large lounge/ diner, separate fully equipped kitchen, and WC/ shower room. Large front patio with sun terrace and rear patio inc. garden furniture, parasol, sun lounger’s and BBQ. Supermarket, bakery, restaurants and bars in immediate vicinity (5 min walk), and Quesada village 5 min drive for more, including the Aqua Park, Country Club and La Marquesa Golf Club

Fully fitted separate kitchen. All utensils, including fridge freezer, oven and hob, and microwave.

Swimming Pool
Lovely shaped pool with little cascading waterfall features. Steps for easy access. pool is lit at night. Set in pretty gardened area with flowers and shrubs.
Separate toddler pool next to larger pool.

Outside
Large front balcony with steps down to patio area. Patio furniture and chairs.
Rear patio overlooking the pool and garden area. BBQ.
Outside utility housing the washing machine.

Location
Situated on the prestigious Dona Pepa urbanisation in Quesada, midway between Guardamar and Torrevieja.
Ciudad Quesada is a 30 minute drive from Alicante or Murcia airports, and served by excellent road networks. Situated on the edge of the Natural Park with therapeutic salt lakes, Quesada is 10 minutes from the beautiful sandy Blue Flag beaches of Guardamar and Torrevieja, and home to La Marquesa Golf Club and Aqua Park. Four other championship golf clubs are within a 20 minute range, including Villamartin and La Finca, and La Manga is 45 minutes drive south. Terra Mitica theme park is 1 hour drive north. Ideal family holiday location for sun, sea, water sports, golf, or simply relaxing.

Changeover Details
We do not operate a Sat-Sat booking policy. You may book to arrive and depart any day to take advantage of obtaining the cheapest flight deals. Also for your convenience we do not insist on rigid arrival or departure times, provided of course no other guests are moving on that day.
Notes to the rental rates:
Meet and welcome service and use of latest induction air-conditioning and other service charges (electricity, water etc) is included in rental price.( small surcharge of 10ˆ for late greet and meet after 23:00hrs) 45ˆ is required for cleaning and laundry and payable to housekeeper on arrival please. 25% non-refundable deposit is payable on booking and the balance is payable 8 weeks before the arrival date. A £100 key/damage deposit is required along with the balance, and will be refunded after satisfactory inspection of the house within 1 week of departure. Please report any damage to the housekeeper, or small breakages can be replaced with similar item, e.g. Crockery or glasses. Long term rental is available for those waiting to own Spanish property, or wanting to escape British winters! Short term (less than a week) is also available for property inspection trips etc. A welcome pack is available on request. If baby equipment is required, such as cot, details of hire within the area can be forwarded and includes free delivery to the house.
For long term rental please e-mail for rates. A £25 per week supplement is added for Christmas/New year and Easter.

Our housekeeper lives nearby to offer help should it be needed, and any problems encountered are resolved with the minimum of fuss. Transport service to both Alicante and Murcia airports can be arranged. All our guests are personally welcomed by our housekeeper when arriving at the property, where an explanation of facilities and local amenities is given. A comprehensive information folder is supplied, along with maps and tourist brochures of the surrounding areas. The extremely efficient air conditioning is hot and cold, making it ideal for summer and winter lets. A safe is installed for your valuables. Beach towels not provided. Ashtrays are provided but smoking on terrace only please.

Extra Details
General information : Quesada is approached from Alicante airport via the Mediterranean Highway (A-7) and N-340, or via the N-332 which takes in towns and villages lying along the coast. Sheltered by the Crevillente mountain range, the region boasts a unique moderate climate, averaging temperatures between 12-19 C in winter and 24-38 C in summer. Along the coastal road north of Guardamar lies the fishing port and marina of Santa Pola, with boat excursions to the island of Taberca with it`s underwater nature reserve. Larger towns such as Elche, and the cities of Alicante or Murcia are within easy reach for shopping or exploring. There are numerous fiestas throughout the year (listed in our information folder) and daily street markets located around the area.

The old Spanish town of Guardamar is 10 minutes drive and has excellent sporting facilities for windsurfing, sailing, water-skiing, scuba diving and jet-skiing etc at the Marina`s nautical club. There is also an outstanding sports complex for tennis, basketball, football etc., and an Olympic swimming pool. Guardamar boasts 11 kms of dunes, and sandy beaches and the enormous `Queen Sofia` Park to enjoy a quiet stroll through it`s botanical gardens.There are plenty of bars and restaurants to suit all tastes, but it still retains a typical Spanish air and is a very popular holiday resort for Spaniards also.

The bustling town of Torrevieja is also about 10-15 minutes drive and also has stretches of golden sandy beaches, esplanade, large marina and numerous international restaurants and bars. For the young at heart there are clubs, music bars and foam parties for the nightlife. As well as being a fishing port, Torrevieja is reknowned for the La Mata and Torrevieja salt lagoons, now listed as a natural park. It is well visited for its therapeutic mud baths, pink flamingos and other species of wildlife.
