General Description
Situated in serene and stunning surroundings Club Vista Serena is a friendly and relaxed resort where you will feel at home the moment you walk through the door. Designed to make your stay comfortable and carefree, each apartment has everything you need. One double bedroom and a pull out sofa bed in the living room allows a cozy stay for up to four people. The well-equipped kitchen has everything you will need in order to get the most out of these apartments. Air-conditioning available for a small fee. At night, after a hard day relaxing by the pool, take advantage of the free entertainment we have on offer at the bar/restaurant whilst sampling the delicious food and wash it down with a refreshing drink. On those days where you just fancy a night in, ask our Receptionists to put on a DVD from the range we have available, sit back and relax. With all the amenities that you require, including a laundry room, courtesy shower and internet corner, Club Vista Serena is just what you’re looking for.

Bedrooms / Bathrooms
Beautifully decorated bathrooms, each with a hairdryer. Plenty of space for all your necessary items. Massaging showerhead and crisp white towels. Some downstairs apartments do have only shower, Tastefully decorated bedrooms all have a double bed. Plenty of space in the wardrobe and proper hangers! The windows have beautiful wooden shutters and curtains are lined to make sure that those bright sunrays do not wake you up to early in the morning.

Living Areas
Our self-catering apartments lead off a private terrace into a comfortable living area, which is decorated in matching colors. A sofa convertible into 2 separate beds, makes it possible to stay 4 people.

Kitchen / Dining
There is a fully equipped kitchen with a microwave oven, ceramic hob, kettle, coffee percolator, and toaster – imagine enjoying a delicious breakfast on your terrace, all prepared in the comfort of your apartment with no hassle. Many of these items you will not find in a normal holiday apartment nor will you find the quality of accommodation we offer.

Swimming Pool
The pool area is undeniably the heart of the resort. People gather here to mingle, relax, and sunbathe. Comfortable sun beds surround the heated swimming pool and parasols are available for everyone. There is a separate pool just for children.

Outside
Pool Bar/Restaurant – open from 9:30 am to 11:30 pm. The bar/restaurant is very popular with our holidaymakers. They serve fresh food and drinks all day long, so whenever you feel like stretching your legs from the sun bed just walk over and enjoy a cool drink or snack. If you don’t feel like going out in the evening you can enjoy a candle lit dinner prepared especially by our chef, you will not be disappointed. Our motto is “quality and variety”. You will not get better food anywhere else!

Maspalomas boasts many attractions. Family attractions include a water park "Aquasur", Holiday World (Bowling, Restaurants and entertainment for children) Palmitos Park (a sub-tropical oasis), Bananapark (banana plantation) and Sioux City (a recreation of the wild west), Mundo Aborigen (history of native people), and for those who like shopping, just go to shopping centres Varadero and Faro II, and many more at San Fernando and Playa del Ingles.

Changeover Details
you are welcome any day of the week. Upon making the booking 30% payment in Euro is required. For cancellations up to 2 weeks before arrival, the 30% deposit is not refundable. For cancellations made a month before arrival, 25% of the 30% deposit is refundable. For cancellations more than a month before arrival, you are entitled to a full refund.
