Property Details

General Description
This superbly decorated and spacious first floor apartment is situated on a complex with well tended gardens, swimming pools, shops, bar/cafe and gymnasium.
It has wonderful views of the mountains and the sea.

Bedrooms / Bathrooms
The Bedroom is spacious with two single beds, two bedside cabinets with lamps, ceiling cooling fan, two large built in wardrobes, a safety box, clothes throw, hair dryer, radio alarm clock, table, large dresser and mirror.
My Husband provides you with sudoku puzzles and pencils also.
All clean bedding and towels are provided.
The Bathroom has a full sized bath/shower , WC, bidet, sink with cabinet, mirror, shaving mirror and shaver point.
We provide the little things needed in the bathroom as well, all you need is your toothbrush & paste and beach towels.

Living Areas
The Lounge is very spacious with two comfortable settees, a sofa bed, coffee table, dining table and chairs, a CD multi player, display cabinets, 28" widescreen T.V., Video and DVD players, with over 500 dvds and videos to watch, games, paperback books and magazines to read, a heater and air conditioning.

The Entrance Hall has a utility area with equipment, an outside automatic light with night sensor and a keysafe.

The Balcony houses a washing line, barbeque, two sun loungers, a wooden table and chairs. It overlooks some truly wonderful mountains and the sea.

Kitchen / Dining
The scrupulously clean Kitchen is fully equipped with electrical appliance - fridge/freezer, oven and ceramic hob, washing machine, kettle, toaster, extractor fan, microwave oven, iron and board. It has a full set of crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils.

Swimming Pool
There are three pools with different depths according to personel abilities.
They`re located outside the bar/cafe and gynasium area away from the apartment.

Outside
If you like to walk we have a mountain called "Montana Roja" just outside the complex. It would take about an hour or so to walk up and down again.
Everybody is so friendly in the complex and will always say hello or ola (in spanish).

Location
The apartment is approximately 2km to the beach and central Playa Blanca. It is next door to Paradise Island Hotel where you can use their facilities also if you would like a change.
If you are not hiring a car, there is a taxi rank on your doorstep and would only cost you ˆ2.50 into town.

Changeover Details
We do not have a changeover day as such, we see what we have available at the time.
If you want to book our apartment and do not have flights we will give you usually 24-48 hours holding period on our apartment (if you ask us to) for you to sort out your travel arrangments.
When you have your flights we require your flight details, a mobile telephone number if you have one, your full name and address, a refundable deposit (against any damages) of ˆ100 (approximately 80 sterling) made payable to

by post and expect two to three weeks for us to receive it as the mail is very slow in the coming here.
If you need transport from the airport and do not want to queue and pay over the odds, we can arrange an english speaking driver to come and pick you up.
