General Description
Our superior ground floor apartment is situated in the heart of the Royal Palm Complex, an area known as the Plaza. Stepping down from the large balcony, you will find one of the two free form. This is the larger of the two swimming pools on the complex and is heated from October to April. It is surrounded by an area for sunbathing. There is no charge for sunbeds and umbrellas around either of the pools. pools.

Bedrooms / Bathrooms
There is the double bedroom (containing one super king-size bed) and ample wardrobe space.
This room also contains a dressing table with mirror and a hairdryer. There are two double doors - again opening out onto the balcony.
The new blue and white bathroom suite comprises of a bath with shower, a vanity sink unit with mirror and toilet. All linen and towels are supplied (changed weekly)

Living Areas
The apartment is one bedroomed. In the large lounge and dining area, double doors open onto the balcony and its Pool view. There are two double metal action bed settees situated in here. There is satellite TV/CD/DVD

Kitchen / Dining
The blue and white bathroom suite comprises of a bath with shower, a vanity sink unit with mirror and toilet. All linen and towels are supplied (changed weekly). The recently upgraded blue and white newly fitted kitchen has an electric hob, oven with grill, fully integrated fridge/freezer, washing machine, plus kettle, sandwich maker and toaster. The kitchen is fully equipped with cups, bowls, glasses, cutlery, crockery, microwave and an iron.

Swimming Pool
A lifeguard watches the pools during the day and there are security patrols at night, there is no charge for the hire of sunbeds and umbrellas around either pool. There is a small children`s pool also on the complex, next to toilet and changing facilities.

Outside
There are two freeform swimming pools and one small childrens` pool on the complex. The large sunny balcony is south facing and captures much of the Tenerife sun. Sunbeds and umbrellas are free. A lifeguard watches the pools during the day and there are security patrols at night

Location
The Royal Palm complex is in a slightly elevated position and is situated about 10 minutes walk from the centre of Los Cristianos. The complex is typically Andalusian, with white buildings, individual in style, surrounded by many tropical plants and flowers. Many of the apartments are `home` to people who have decided to live in Tenerife.

Changeover Details
As many airlines fly on a daily basis to Tenerife we try to accommodate guests and be flexible in our changeover days/length of stay. The price is based on two people sharing and charge only £20 PER PERSON PER WEEK for additional guests in the apartment (up to another 3 persons)

Extra Details
There are many restaurants surrounding the complex, giving you the choice of not only Spanish but Chinese, Mexican, American and Italian cuisine, to name but a few, and all within a two minute walk from our apartment. However, a gentle stroll into the town will give you hundreds more to choose from.
