All bedrooms have large, spacious built in wardrobes and tv .
The balcony has a seated areas for alfresco dinning and private morning breakfasts. It has two bathrooms one upper with full size bath and shower and one on the ground floor complete with shower cubicle. The front door leads directly into a very spacious living room complete with, sky TV with all English chanels, dvd/video, Sony Playstation 2 and cd/cassete/radio. The livng room has 2 luxury sofas that allows the accomodation to seat 8 people. Their is also a baby travel cot, high chair and a fold down push chair for familes with small children. The dining room forms part of the living room with pull out extending table and seating for 8. It has a separate kitchen with hob, oven, large fridge/freezer, microwave and cooking utensils. The rear of the property enjoys a secluded area for private dining with patio furniture and sun umbrella and BBQ for outdoor cooking.Alternatively, it can also be used for private bathing. Their is an outside shower area with a small uttility complete with washing machine, clothes line and outside sink basin. The property also offers off road parking, has hot & cold air conditioning,+ fans in all the rooms and is alarmed. It has a large gated communal swimming pool with child area . The house is just 2 minutes walk to a beautiful beach, which has all types of water sports available. And a large bar/restaurant that does English food. A supamarket, pharmacy, and Seven other spanish and English bars and Restaurants plus four beach bars/Restaurants are also a two minute walk away from the house. For the more sporty, their are 2 mountain bikes in each house to make good use of, What better way to see the local scenery the famous salt lakes with its pink flamingos, and the parrots flying round on the beach, plus there is lots more to see and do. Five minutes walk away is a big go-cart track ,great for the Adults : and kids

La Manga del mar Menor is one of the most sought after areas by the mediterranean sea. With its beautiful promenades along the sea front theres a large selection of restaurants just a stroll away from an array of relaxing beaches.La Manga is situated in the Province of Murcia in a coastal area which boasts one of the most moderate climates in Spain, with more days of sunshine than other mainland areas and water temperatures higher than average. As a result it has become known as the Costa Calida - the Warm Coast. It is a strip of sand, approx. 22 kms long, which forms a barrier and enclosed the Mar Menor (Minor Sea) and separates it from the Mediterranean Sea. At its narrowest parts it is only 100 metres wide and the maximum width is 1.5 km. There are over 44 km of beaches, narrower but with protected bays and coves on the side of the Mar Menor, and longer, wider expanses of pure golden sand fronting the Mediterranean. Considering the vast effort needed to keep them clean, it is proud to say that many can boast the Blue Flag - awarded in accordance with the regulations laid down by the European Community.







Playa Paraiso sits between the Mar Menor and the Mediterranean Sea at the start of La Manga Strip a very popular resort. Famous for the small fishing villages, the restaurants and the Piano bar at La Manga Club. From the near by port of Cabo de Palos you can take a trip to visit or swim with the dolphins or go deep sea fishing. There is another treat; at certain times the flamingo∙s arrive on the saltern, Within a short walk there is the La Manga GO CART circuit, this has been proven to be very popular.

BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS



We strongly recommend that travel insurance with full cancellation cover is taken out as your belongings left in the house are not covered by Revelinnluxury or our insurance policy.


1) To secure a booking 25% is required as a non-refundable booking deposit. Also required is a £100 security deposit, which will be returned to you when the keys have been given back and the house left in good order. The house will be inspected on your departure and any breakages or damage must be paid for.


2) Full payment is due 6 weeks before the start of the rental period.


3) If full payment is not received by this time then the deposit and booking are lost.


4) Should you decide to cancel after full payment then the table below will be used

Extra Details
There are no hidden charges, so all you need to do is forget all your troubles and relax! Price includes villa for 1 week, with the following services:

Bed linen and towels provided. (not beach towels)
Services of English speaking villa manager`s.
Cleaning of villa once a week, 0n request. This is to be paid to the agent by yourselves.
prices quoted are for upto 6 people only, an extra £10.00 will be charged per person added there after.
Includes some utility bills. There is a small charge for hot or cold air/con. that can be paid directly to our property managemant team, on arrival please.
Car hire highly recommended. If you do not hire a car from the airport, we advise you to take a driving licence just in case you would like to hire a car in La Manga, in case you would like to see more of the surrounding area, As its very beautiful !!.

Always carry your driving licence and be aware that drink driving carries very heavy penalties in Spain.

The pool is open from 9am to 10pm everyday!! This blue flag beach is less than 2 minuets walk from the front door, this is the lifegaurd post so you can feel very safe, its right infront of the house! The view of the master bedroom. There are very large fitted wardrobes all along the far wall, with lots of storage space, a large chest of draw's, 28 The ground floor bedroom, offers two single beds, bedside cabinet and lamp, large ceiling fan and large built in wardrobes.
The Third/forth bed room has very large built in wardrobe's, bed side cabinets in both room's air/con and fan's plus a tv and sony play station 2, there are adult bunk bed's and 2 twin bed's plus a full size fold away bed (if needed), its great for the ch The kitchen is completly seperated and is fully equipped with the following: La Manga strip is less than 5 mins away from the house. This view is taken from a boat looking at the complex. This is the view from the master bedroom balcony. Downstairs also offers a toilet complete with shower cubicle, wash basin with large mirror and storage space.
