This second floor apartment 86 sq metres, is very well furnished with comfort in mind for the prospective client. The area is an established urbanisation with mature gardens. The communal pool is 1 minute walk away. Two fold up beach chairs are provided for your visits to the beach which is 15 minutes walk. There is a fully fitted kitchen, coffee machine, electric kettle, plates, saucepans etc. Fridge/freezer, main oven, hob, mini oven and microwave. The TV receives English, French (one or two channels) Swiss and Spanish channels. You can receive radio through the TV and there are many different language stations. French, Spanish etc along with English stations. All linen and towels provided. Fans in all rooms. Washing machine,ironing board and iron. Walk to bars, banks, restaurants and shops. Saturday market. Four 18 hole golf courses.
