On the ground floor there is a DOUBLE BEDROOM and a BATHROOM, with BATH/SHOWER, WC, BASIN, AND BIDET.
On the first floor there is a TWIN and a DOUBLE BEDROOM,

Living Areas
The house offers mordern family accommodation. On the ground floor, patio doors lead off the front porch into the lounge diner, this comfortably furnished and has SKY TV, DVD, VIDEO. ETC.

Kitchen / Dining
There is a galley kitchen equipped with DISHWASHER, MICROWAVE, OVEN, HOB, FRIDGE, FREEZER, and WASHING MACHINE. The kitchen is well stocked wiht all the necessary crockery etc. There is dining inside of out for 6

Swimming Pool
The pool is located 50 mtrs from the house. It is in a locked, fenced and screened area to provide safety and privacy, and a key can be found in the house.

Outside
BothFRONT AND REAR GARDENS are fully enclosed and have a range of SUN LOUNGERS, PATIO FURNITURE, BBQ ETC
There is off road PARKING in the front garden and extra parking in front of the property.
The shared, lockableSWIMMING POOL is only 50 mtrs away. (The key is in the house for guests use).

Location
Roses is on the coast between Barcelona and the French border. The costal autoroute runs within 15 miles of the resort. Ryanair land at Girona airport only 45 mins away. By car it can be reached within thirteen hours driving from the French ferry ports.

Changeover is normally Saturday but we try to help if a different day is requested.
