Perfect for a couple who want a relaxing holiday. Really reasonable prices for a perfect holiday or a relaxing weekend break. Delightful Spanish Pied a Terre in a peaceful and very pretty traditional Spanish courtyard setting, which is secluded and private for the exclusive use of guests.

The bedroom is beautifully decorated, with double bed & en-suite shower room. A tastefully furnished sitting room, in rustic style with sofa, easy chairs, dining table & chairs, BBC Prime TV and DVD player. A selection of books, cards, games etc are provided. The sitting room opens out on to The Courtyard, and is quite private where guests can relax with a drink, sit in the sun, or cook a barbecue. Garden table and chairs are provided, also parasols. Whatever, you choose to do whilst staying at The Courtyard, you will find it very relaxing and private.

There are also restaurants nearby, one within walking distance. New kitchenette with 2 ring hob & small oven and is well equipped with quality china & glassware. A complimentary bottle of Spanish champagne & starter breakfast pack will be in the fridge for your arrival.

The Courtyard is heated for winter use offering comfortable accommodation for winter lets. As well as for Summer holidays, The Courtyard is ideal for Autumn, Winter and Spring Holidays and superb for a week end break. The World Health Organisation advises that we have the best climate on the Mediterranean, with over 320 sunny days per year and Javea is all year round resort. Private parking.
